Refund Policy

1. SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ZipCard, a product of Brandora Studios (“we”, “our”, “us”), including annual subscription plans and any applicable add-ons, as described on our website at https://zipcard.me. By purchasing and using our Services, you agree to the terms below.
2. GENERAL REFUND TERMS
All Fees Non-Refundable: All purchases, fees, and charges are non-refundable except as:
- Required by applicable law of Singapore; or
- Expressly provided in these Refund Terms or as otherwise agreed to in writing by ZipCard.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Annual Billing: All ZipCard subscription plans (Solo, Team, and Custom) are billed annually in advance. There are no monthly billing options.
Automatic Renewal: Subscription plans renew automatically on an annual basis unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partially used or remaining subscription periods after renewal has been processed.
Cancellation Before Renewal: If you cancel prior to the end of your current paid annual term, your subscription will remain active until the expiry date, and no partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of that term, unless required by law.
Launch Partner Trial: If you are participating in the ZipCard Launch Partner Program and have been granted a complimentary 60-day trial period, no charges apply during this period. If you choose to upgrade to a paid plan before or at the expiry of the trial, the standard subscription terms and this Refund Policy apply from the date of your first payment.
4. ADD-ON USERS
Add-on user seats purchased as part of a Team Plan subscription are billed annually alongside your main subscription. Add-on fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except in the case of a verified duplicate charge or as required by law.
5. CUSTOM PLANS
Pricing and any applicable refund conditions for Custom Plans are agreed upon in writing at the time of purchase. In the absence of specific written terms, this Refund Policy applies.
6. ACCIDENTAL OR DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
If you are inadvertently charged twice for the same subscription or add-on, please notify us within 7 days by emailing us. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days of confirmation.
7. NON-DELIVERY OF SERVICE
If ZipCard fails to create and deliver your account within a reasonable timeframe after confirmed payment, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of your payment date if you have not received your account access.
8. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Contact Us Promptly: Email us with your order or transaction details and a clear explanation of your refund request.
Documentation: We may ask you to provide payment confirmation and any relevant details about your purchase.
Time Window: Requests relating to duplicate charges or non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction or expected delivery date.
9. REFUND DECISION AND PROCESSING
Review Process: Refund requests will be reviewed in good faith, considering these policy terms and applicable Singapore law.
Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 7 to 14 business days after approval.
Notification: You will be notified by email of the outcome of your request.
10. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription fees for a period already in use or partially elapsed.
- Refund requests submitted outside the applicable 7-day eligibility window.
- Fees where the service has been delivered and access has been provided as confirmed.
- Requests based on a change of mind, non-use of the service, or failure to cancel before automatic renewal.
11. LEGAL RIGHTS
This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Singapore. If Singapore law, or your specific consumer protection jurisdiction, provides you with additional refund rights, those apply in addition to this policy.
